Write a game bug report someone can reproduce
The five details that turn “it does not work” into a testable browser-player report.

Name the exact page
Include the game title and page URL. Similar titles and revisions can use different files, so a series name alone may point to several entries. Say whether the problem occurs on the information page or after opening the player.
Describe the last successful step
Examples are concrete: the loading message completed but the title screen stayed black; sound began but arrow keys scrolled the page; fullscreen worked until the phone rotated. The last success places the failure in a specific part of the flow.
Include the test conditions
Name the device, browser, keyboard or touch input, and whether another game works. You do not need to send account credentials, verification codes, copyrighted files, or a complete device inventory.
Make one clean retry
Reload once on a stable connection and repeat the same steps. If the result changes, report both outcomes. Repeating ten times or changing several settings at once makes the useful difference harder to identify.
