Each key can pass alone
A keyboard may register Left, Up, and X separately but fail when all three are held together. The issue is often the keyboard matrix, not the browser or game. Low-cost and laptop keyboards vary in which combinations they can report simultaneously.
Reproduce the exact chord
Use the keyboard check and hold the direction used in the game, then add the action button. Test the troublesome combination rather than pressing random groups. If one direction fails while another works, that pattern is strong evidence of rollover.
Remapping is not always available
A different physical keyboard is the cleanest comparison. If the player does not support custom mapping, browser extensions are a risky workaround because they can interfere with page input. Test another keyboard before changing software.
Write down the result
Report the keys that work individually and the exact group that fails. This prevents maintainers from chasing a focus bug and helps other players recognize a hardware limitation.
